Since I don't update often, now that work has picked up and I rarely have a minute to spare, I'm going to bullet-point what is going on in my life:

• My sister is pregnant!!!! I'm going to be an Auntie times 2! I'm so excited for Mike and Jule (and for me). I am already sure it's a girl, though to be sure I'm not scarring a poor little boy, I call the baby "Little Stella." Jule and Mike are working on names, and I suggested a family name--Marcella Della Stella. :) (Marcella was my great grandma, Della was my grandma on the other side).
• I've been interviewing up a storm. Last week I had 4 interviews for the same job (haven't heard back yet...), and I've been applying for more jobs. My job here has gotten the best of me, and my new manager is trying his best to drive me batty, so it's time to seriously GET OUT. The co-workers who know about me trying to get out are really supportive, which is nice since they have to cover my butt when I'm out interviewing. Wish me luck.
• The house we are flipping (we call it the Money Pit) is going well. We gutted the basement (no sheetrock, insulation, or stairs to get down there), and I cleaned until I had a bleach headache. Jule and I picked out paint samples for when the sheetrock is back up, and we bought matching faucet, towel bar, and paper holder for one of the bathrooms (yay! finishing touches!). I'm excited for whoever is going to own this place when we are done, because it is nice! They are going to love it. :)
• We are actually writing a Christmas letter this year (hopefully). So....I'm going to be collecting addresses, and if you're reading this (there aren't many of you), I need your address (but not yours, MOm. I still remember that one). Thanks!
